A Luxury Extension creating plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.
This home has undergone a huge back end renovation.
There were some obstacles getting materials out to the rear of the home, but with some skill and experience, this extension was completed in record time.
Timber construction, a Dlux Builders specialty, formed the bones of the home.
We enjoyed delivering this home and when you get the chance to work with talented clients with some wonderful design ideas it is such a pleasure. The project interiors also had the helping hand of Tailorhouse Interiors.
Some features to note are :
- Timber Lining Boards to the Alfresco Ceiling followed through to the Internal Kitchen and Living area Ceilings
- Cavity Sliding Glass windows creating a beautiful open living space flowing into the Alfresco Kitchen
- Double-sided Stone Clad Feature Fireplace and letterbox
- Concrete Formed to create the Alfresco Kitchen Cabinet and Living Area feature
- Timber Cladding to external Structural Posts
