The 600m2 home in East Fremantle is over looking both Perth City and Fremantle Port to Rottnest.
It maximised all elements of the site and provided a striking architectural statement that strongly defines itself in the streetscape linking raised gardens and landscaping to the floating upper floor alfresco and pool.
The East Fremantle new home was completed in a design and construct process with Darklight Design.
