Bungalow Renovation
A 1930’s Bungalow in Nedlands underwent a renovation that brought new life to the home.
The rear extension and upper floor addition were designed to preserve the original features while creating a spacious and bright area for entertaining and accommodating visiting family.
The second-story addition and rear extension were adorned with James Hardie Scyon Linea Weatherboard Timber Cladding. The main living floors were paved with Eco Outdoor Chalford Tumbles Limestone flooring, with under-floor heating for those chilly mornings. A mix of tiles was chosen to create feature walls for wet areas and the kitchen/scullery, and a piece of Marri timber with a natural edge was used for the powder room benchtop.
