Custom Beachside Townhouse

This beachside Custom Townhouse was built on a narrow and sloping block that can be challenging without proper planning but our experienced team didn’t run into any problems.

Due to the proximity to the beach a solid Teak timber cladding was used. This timber is left to age naturally making it perfect for beachside residences and coastal environments.

The use of skylights on this flat roof design gives the added comfort and cost savings of natural daylight and ventilation.
