Shenton Park: Stanmore Street Project

1920’s Home Renovation in Perth

This Shenton Park renovation saw a 1920’s cottage in need of some attention, revived back to its former glory by Dlux Builders.

The owner requested a simple space that would open out the enclosed dining area at the rear into an indoor/outdoor space. The addition of bi-fold doors and a large merbau decking area helped the space become more functional for entertaining.

The Kitchens and Bathrooms both required complete gutting down to their timber framing. The star of this project is the inclusion of the hidden storage and laundry in the dining room.

This whole process was completed in record time and within our clients budget.
